Brrrrr....


Cedar pollen has left the hill country.... tiny pellets of sleet and tiny flakes of snow are falling on the ground... school is cancelled...

college princess is back at scool...

high school princess is curled up reading a book..

teen age son is riding on cardboard down the hill at the junior high.... reminds me of using cafeteria trays to go down Daisy Hill in college.

hubby and I just got back from a long walk in our winter wonderland lite-


HS princess just announced she is making brownies.... yummm brownies and snow...

i think we got what you got....freezing rain and a couple (3) inches of snow. Homemade turkey noodle soup & homemade rolls are on our menu for tonite...perfect eatin' for the weather we have! Can't complain tho...it's been unseasonably warm for January. Chooks don't know WHAT to do!!! At leat they are still laying eggs for me!!!

A perfect winters day...delightful. I walked our dogs through the snow yesterday and LOVED every minute of it.

Do you see what I have to live with everyday?? The girls are safe inside reading & cooking brownies and the boy is outside zooming on ice on cardboard! Welcome to my life times 3!! haha

Lovely photos of your "winter wonderland lite." We've have no snow whatsoever, none! Very unusual.
